Do you offer personalized or custom items?
We currently don’t offer personalized or custom designs. However, we regularly release limited edition collections and trendy designs to suit different styles and moods.
How do I choose the right size?
We include sizing guides on our product pages. If you’re unsure, just reach out to our support team — we’ll help you pick the perfect fit.

We do our best to ensure product colors are accurately represented. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting and screen differences.

No account is required — and we currently don’t offer the option to create one. Just check out as a guest, quick and easy!
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations are only possible within a short window after purchase. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods including credit/debit cards, e-wallets, and other secure online payment options. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
Will I receive a confirmation after ordering?
Yes! Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. You’ll also get a shipping notification with tracking once it’s on the way.

We ship all orders directly from our warehouse in Indonesia.

For local orders, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your area. International shipping times vary and typically take 7–14 business days.

Yes! We offer free delivery for orders over 200,000 IDR within Indonesia. The free shipping option will automatically apply at checkout if your order qualifies.
How can I track the shipping?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. You can use it to check the delivery status through the courier’s tracking page.

Yes, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Simply contact us via email or our contact form with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll respond with instructions for the return process.
What items are not eligible for return?
We cannot accept returns for used items, damaged goods (unless it arrived that way), or anything missing original packaging. Sale and clearance items are also non-returnable.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
Yes, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item we sent. In that case, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
When will I get my refund?
Once we’ve received and checked your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days. It will be credited to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item?
While we don’t have an exchange system, you can return your item (if eligible) and place a new order for the item or size you want.
Does Caseboo offer sales or discounts?
Yes! We regularly run promotions during major international events (like 11.11 or Black Friday) and on Indonesian national holidays. Follow us to stay updated!
How can I find out about upcoming promos?
The best way is to follow us on Instagram. We announce all upcoming sales, exclusive deals, and new drops there.
Can I use more than one discount code at checkout?
No, our system only allows one promo code per order. Choose the one that gives you the best deal!
Do discounts apply to all products?
Not always — some sales may apply only to selected items or categories. Promo details will always be clearly stated during the event.
What if I forgot to apply a discount code?
Unfortunately, we can’t apply discount codes after an order is placed. Make sure to enter your code before completing checkout!
Are sale items returnable?
Items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
